Joan Cerveró, as conductor, has worked with various orchestras and ensembles, both in Spain and in other countries, with a wide repertoire ranging from Baroque music to the most contemporary compositions.

ORCHESTRAS | SELECTION

Cerveró has oriented his orchestral repertoire towards the music of the 20th century, always with an attentive look at the tradition and fundamental works of all times. Among the works directed by him are some of the most representative of the contemporary repertoire for orchestra such as the Rite of Spring by Igor Stravinsky, The Turangalila Symphony by Olivier Messiaen and other works by some of the most important composers of the 20th century such as Ligeti, Hindemith, Berio, to name just a few, and also many of the most noted Spanish composers such as David del Puerto, Cristóbal Halffter, Luis de Pablo, José Mª Sánchez Verdú or Mauricio Sotelo, among others.
